GENERAL MANAGER
Aaron Finnigan brings 22-years of construction experience in the Federal space. Acting in various roles such as General Manager, Program Director, Project Manager, Quality Control Systems Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, Site Superintendent and Lead Operator.
Has worked both in the state of Alaska and extensively in the lower 48. Background in piping and undergrounds, civil, vertical construction, tenant improvements and environmental remediation.

Eric Ohlson is a seasoned environmental remediation and heavy civil construction professional supporting Advancia Remediation Services’ delivery of complex federal and commercial projects. He brings a mission-focused approach to project leadership, emphasizing safety, quality, regulatory compliance, cost control, and on-schedule performance.
Through his work with Advancia Remediation Services, Eric helps advance design-build, environmental restoration, water-resource, utility, renewable-energy, and infrastructure projects across demanding operating environments. His collaborative leadership style supports strong relationships among clients, regulators, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
